The Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF) and the HACCOF Foundation are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to work alongside the board chair and directors. To oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and successfully manage the relations with members and partners. Collaborate with the board to continuously improve the chamber’s solutions and processes. Implement approved processes, gather and analyze data, and provide timely reports to the Board Chair and or his/her Designee. Participate in management meetings related to business opportunities and projects. Strive to understand all services provided and act as a subject expert and representative at educational, sales/marketing events/workshops, and tradeshows. Integrate project management and research and work closely with appropriate partners. Be flexible in performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must take ownership of tasks and duties, have excellent communication skills, a team-leading attitude, strong work ethics, perseverance, and be focused on building lasting business relationships.
