Born and raised in Miami, Jefferson (“Jeff”) Noel is a Haitian-American community educator who has pursued Entrepreneurship from a very young age. In 2013, he opened Noel’s Healthy Living; a year later, he started his own moving and delivery service. The author of numerous books and online articles, Jeff is experienced in the areas of Public Speaking, Servant Leadership, Education, and Entrepreneurship. Through the organization he founded, Barbershop Speaks, Jeff seeks to empower individuals to embrace their worth and lead a purpose-driven life. He has been featured on WSVN, NPR, WLRN, Panther Now, The South Florida Times, and the Miami Times. The many awards and recognitions he’s received include the Outstanding Service Award from Florida International University and the Young Adult Action Award from HANA. Jeff is a distinguished World’s Ahead graduate from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and he’s currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Strategic Communication. He serves as the President of the Student Government at FIU-BBC; he is a member of FIU Foundation Board and sits on the Florida Student Association Board.
